Hydraulic Pressbrake. (Year of manufacture 2011)
Axis: Y1/Y2 (independent cylinder control) plus 4 axis high precision back gauge – X1/X2 axis (independent in/out), R1/R2 axis (independent up/down) and Z1/Z2 (independent sideways) movement.
Control: Operator terminal with 15” TFT-LCD flat screen DNC 3D Windows’ XP based colour graphic system with MMC ByBend software controlling all bending functions (with keyboard and mouse)
Features:
Automatic active hydraulic lower beam deflection compensation system.
RFA hydraulic upper tool clamping system (self - seating).
Increased stroke and daylight + 100mm.
Right hand sliding side guard to suit (optional) tool magazine
Slim line T5 table (145mm high) with mechanical die clamping
Linear guide rail on lower beam allowing lateral sideways movement along the full length of the machine of the 2 x 750 mm long manual front support arms (provided with T-slots for optional tilting and side stops to be fitted) and with a 250 mm park position at either end of the machine
Double guiding system for the upper beam
Control console incorporating foot switch
