Product Description
Natural Gas Power Plant 58.3 MW / 50 Hz Wartsila 6 × 20V34SG with Auxiliaries
This power plant was originally built by Wärtsilä in 2011 as a turnkey project without heat recovery boilers. Later, the owner added 4 × 3.7 MW / 18 bar exhaust gas steam boilers with auxiliaries, which are available as optional items.
The plant was in operation until 2017, accumulating approx. 21000 operating hours per engine. All scheduled services were performed by Wärtsilä Service, including the 16,000-hour and 24,000-hour services, completed just prior to dismantling in 2021. This ensures that the gensets are fully maintained and do not require servicing before re-commissioning.
After shutdown, all equipment—including cables, pipes, and OEM modules—was professionally dismantled, tested, packed for transportation, and placed in storage. Control cabinets are stored in a heated warehouse, while other equipment is kept in standard cold storage.
The engines are controlled by the modern Wärtsilä UNIC engine control system.
