11102026 Cylindroconical Fermentation Tanks CCT 540 hl – Holvrieka
Six identical cylindroconical fermentation tanks manufactured by Holvrieka in 2002. Each tank has a gross capacity of 672 hl and a net working capacity of 540 hl. The tanks are designed for fermentation, maturation and storage of beer (combi tanks) under pressure, with each tank was accommodating approximately three brews.
The tanks are equipped with four independent cooling zones, allowing controlled product cooling throughout the fermentation and maturation process. The cooling system is suitable for operation with either a glycol solution or ammonia (NH3), subject to the existing refrigeration system configuration. The cooling jackets have a pressure rating of 20 bar.
Tanks are standing on their own legs. Each tank is insulated with 100 mm polyurethane foam to reduce thermal losses and maintain stable process temperatures. The tanks have an internal diameter of approximately 3,200 mm and an overall height of approximately 12,803 mm. The empty weight of each tank is approximately 8,000 kg.
The tanks are suitable for use in industrial breweries requiring large-volume fermentation capacity, efficient temperature control and pressurised beer processing.
