Product Description

Tunnel Pasteurizer Hermis TP-HRW 5 – 2000 bph   

This tunnel pasteurizer was made by Hermis in year 2014 and if has been used for beer in glass bottles. Pasteurizer is double ended, single belt type, heating media is low pressure steam which is injected in to baths under the belt. It has 3 heating, 1 pasteurization and 4 cooling zones. Circulating pumps have equipped with double gauze filters. The duration of keeping the product in the pasteurization zone is 13 minutes, the total pasteurization process is max 53 minutes. The whole pasteurization is fully automatic, temperature conditions and the speed the conveyor are controlled by a Siemens S 7- 300 PLC.
