Characteristics, technology and equipment:
- High-dynamic GANTRY milling machine; Portal driving into X-direction.
- Propulsion technology of the linear axes: In the linear axes (X, Y and Z) water-cooled linear motors, x axis as GANTRY implemented.
- Direct measuring systems: The linear and round axles are equipped with direct measuring systems. - Counterweight Z-axis: The drive of the Z-axis is supported by two high-dynamic
hydraulic cylinders.
- Safety system of the linear axes: The linear axes are equipped with a safety system, which with loss of voltage will stop the axes and keep safe.
- Guidance of the linear axes: The linear axles are equipped with hardened and polished,
free from play linked up roller apron elements.
- Protection of the drive and guidance units: The drive and guidance units are consistently protected by bellows.
- Lubricating of the axes: The linear axes are equipped with an automatic central lubrication. The round axes have a maintenance-poor long-term lubrication.
- Work space lining, sound-dammed: The work space is all around closed, above open. In
front sliding doors, equipped with generously dimensioned windows from safety laminated glass. The housing of the machine, i.e. the elements between the suspension towers, the rear wall of the machine as well as the machine doors, are manufactured from soundabsorbing
elements.
- Lighting: The work space is illuminated with fluorescent tubes (IP54, protected from jet water and solid foreign body).
