Horizontal washing and drying machine for flat float glass;

Working width 2500mm; line consists of:

1. Pre wash section: TOP OSCILLATING cylindrical brush complete with recirculating tank cold water and pump to remove the powder from the Glass surface; TOP AIR KNIFE with low pressure fan helping to avoid the contamination with disc brush section;

2. WASHING SECTION WITH FLAT/DISC BRUSHES:n.1 top scrubber sections with 2 oscillating rows of disc brushes each; section complete with 1 mixer;

3. RINSE SECTION:n.1 top + n.1 bottom sprayer tubes;n.1 top + n.1 bottom air knif with low pressure fan; section is complete with tank cold water / pump /filters;

4. WASHING SECTION WITH FLAT/DISC BRUSHES:n.2 top scrubber sections with 2 oscillating rows of disc brushes each; section complete with 1 tank with cold water, demi;

5. RINSE SECTION:n.1 top + n.1 bottom sprayer tubes; n.1 top + n.1 bottom air knife with low pressure fan ; section is complete with tank cold water / pump /filters;

6. WASH SECTION: with 3 pairs of cylindrical brushes and 3 tanks (all tanks with hot water);

7. RINSE SECTION:n.1 top + n.1 bottom sprayer tubes with water demi;

8. DRYING SECTION:with 3 pairs of air knives and 2 high pressure Fans. Fan Frame, platform and ladder for air filters control included;

9. TOP ANTISTATIC BAR. Glass thickness from 3 to 35 mm; all parts in contact with water made of stainless steel; opening for maintenance /motorized lifting 500 mm stroke; total length approx. 10890 mm; V. 380/50/3 CE Conformity;
