Glass Bottle Filler-Capper 400 bph for Beer, Fully Automatic - 2016
This very good condition filler-capper was built by Norwegian HH Engineering in year 2016 and it has been filling beer in 330ml and 500ml glass bottles. The line is very compact in size and it has wheels for easy moving. It has four vertically moving filling nozzles which are built as counter-pressure fillers and which then allow the customer to fill both carbonated and non-carbonated beer with the same machine. Filling nozzles have inbuilt air pre-evacuation system with CO2. Machine is also compatible with several bottle sizes as well as standard longneck 0.5l and 0.33 bottles. It has a single head crowner for 29 mm caps. Operation is controlled with a Allen-Bradley PLC.
