Product Description

TGE Evaporation system Forced circulation evaporator
Technology for which the supply of energy to the product and its boiling take place in two distinct stages:

1-The product is pumped from a separator to be sent to a tubular exchanger in which it is heated to a temperature higher than the boiling temperature of the separator flask.
2-The product leaving the tubular exchanger is returned to the separator placed under vacuum in order to be concentrated by flash evaporation.
Unlike falling flow technology, the tubes are filled with product. The product is constantly in circulation. Compared to the falling film evaporator, the footprint is larger and the operating cost is higher, due to the pumping of the product in recirculation.

This type of evaporator makes it possible to process products:

Having a high viscosity
Very dirty
Crystallized
This evaporation technology is suitable for products with high viscosity and low heat sensitivity, due to a significant residence time.
