Aseptic Filling and Packaging Line Stork Asep-Tec 5500 litres/h

 

Complete juice filling line for aseptic filling of low acid fruit juices with or without fruit bulb and various dairy products in to HDPE, PP or PET bottles at capacity of 5000 litres / hour. Stork Asep-Tec 1212 is a wet aseptic linear filler which uses hydrogen peroxide to decontaminate aseptic area. Aseptic conditions are maintained with a combination of overpressure and downward flow force of sterile air made with HEPA filters. The aseptic zone’s overpressure prevents non-sterile air from penetrating the aseptic zone. The laminar down flow keeps the area sterile and carries off possible contamination. Filling level is controlled with flow meters. The flow meters and valves are located outside the aseptic area to minimise the size of the area where sterility needs to be maintained. This filler has two container input lanes which are divided into 12 filling lines.  Container size or the product type can be changed without an intermediate sterilization cycle. Containers are sealed with aluminium lid before capping. Secondary packaging is made in carton trays or carton boxes.
