1 RAMISCH KLEINEWEFERS 2-bowl rolling smoothing and high glaze calander type NIPCO-I model RKK 280, 3000 mm face roller width, 2800 mm working width,   year 1988, top bowl steel chromed (electro hot water heated) diameter 380 mm, bottom bowl Racolan (NIPCO-roll original ESCHER WYSS) diameter 500 mm,   electrical heated, high entry with tension device, linear pressure up to 250 N/mm, maximum pressure 725 KN = 74 tons, 8 length slitting devices at exit,  cut of selvedges extraction winding device, exit A-frame contact winder for batches up to 1.800 mm diameter, linear speed up to 100 m/min., with oil circulating lubrication for bearings of steel roller,  machine upgraded in 2012 with independent new EATA hydraulic oil cooling unit, machine supplied with a brand new spare electrical heating element for the steel roller (still in original wooden crate and had the price of EUR 15.000), machine supplied with a spare racolan sleeve which has already been used but is still in working condition
