Microbrewery Brewiks 500 L, 760 L/brew, 5,000 L/month – 2017
This is a complete two-vessel microbrewery, installed in 2017, equipped with all essential components for brewing, fermenting, and packaging beer in glass bottles. It is ideal for small- to medium-scale production.
The main unit is a Brewiks 500 L two-vessel system, comprising two multifunctional tuns:
Mash Tun / Boiler / Pasteurizer
Lauter Tun / Sparging / Whirlpool
Both vessels have been modified by Mithreum, including the addition of a manhole for easier spent grain removal. The Mash Tun / Boiler has a maximum capacity of 760 liters and can produce two brews in 8–11 hours, depending on the beer type. The current monthly capacity is approximately 5,000 liters, limited by fermenter volume.
If higher output is needed, the Brewiks 500 system can be upgraded with a Brewiks PLUS module (an additional boil kettle/whirlpool), converting it into a three-vessel brewhouse with increased capacity.
The fermentation section includes four 1,640 L CCTs and one 1,300 L CCT, all cooled by a 6.4 kW Cilly 50 Max chiller.
The bottling department is equipped with a Meheen M6 bottle filler and labeller, suitable for both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.

7. Chiller Kreyer Chilli 50 MAX, installed on wheels, cooling water temperature range from -10°C to +40°C, cooling capacity 6,4 kW, refrigerant R407A, 400V/3Ph/50Hz made in year 2017.
8. Polsinelli, CIP trolley cart 3 x 100 L containers (caustic, acid, H20); caustic tank has a heating element and a regulator; pump included on the bottom of the trolley, year 2018.
