Product Description
Beer Brewery Two Vessel VELO 15hl/brew, two brews/day, up to 4000hl/annum
Complete two-vessel beer brewing line manufactured by Italian VELO (now part of TMCI Padovan), suitable for producing a wide range of beer styles—from ales and lagers to non-alcoholic beers and high-strength varieties such as Imperial Stouts over 10% ABV.
The standard brew size is 1,500 liters, with the capability to produce two brews during a 10-hour day in peak season. The maximum malt load per batch is 600 kg. Without sugar addition, wort strengths range from 18.5° to 21° Plato; with sugar addition, up to 35° Plato. A complete brew cycle, including CIP, takes approximately 5–6 hours.
In regular operation, brewing batches have been overlapped: once lautering and spent grain removal from the first batch is complete, the next brew begins. With 10-hour working days, the maximum weekly capacity is six brews (three × 3,000 L CCT), limited by fermentation tank capacity. This corresponds to a theoretical maximum annual production capacity of 4,000 hL.
The brew line includes:
- Malt mill
- Combined mash tun / kettle
- Lauter tun / whirlpool
- Two hot liquor tanks
- Wort cooler
- Steam generator
- CIP station
- Associated control panels, pumps, instrumentation, and piping
