State-of-the-art, complete, fully automated GEA Craft Star XL brewhouse, manufactured in 2017. The system features a four-vessel configuration with a cast-out brew volume of 40 hL and a capacity of 5–7 brews per 24 hours.
All accessories and control panels are skid-mounted for easy transport without dismantling, allowing relocation on a standard 13-meter truck trailer. The vessels are freestanding and must be dismantled and transported separately. Oversized vessels enable the production of high-gravity beer recipes, while the external wort boiling system ensures maximum batch size flexibility.
GEA’s advanced brewing technologies provide exceptional efficiency in raw material utilization. The entire brewing process is PLC-controlled, with operations managed from a dedicated control room.
