As an Advertising Member you agree to...

• Reply to all enquiries as quickly as possible. This is very important, as users that do not receive replies to their enquiries will most likely never return to the site, losing you and other members future enquiries; and evidently sales!
• Only advertise equipment to which you have the rights to sell. Do not list equipment belonging to another party, unless you have the expressed written permission from the owner to do so.
• That all the information you provide, including details of your identity, location, assets and status, and in relation to any goods or services you offer will be complete and accurate.
• Ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner (30 Day Payment Period from Date of Invoice).
• Not post the same advert multiple times.
• Only list one machine per advert, unless you have machines which are manufactured by the same company, with matching Model numbers. Machines which are manufactured by the same company but contain different Model numbers, must be listed in a separate advert.
• Use clear and sensible Manufacturers, Models and Descriptions for your machines. This is important for our internal search facility to function effectively.
• Ensure that your equipment descriptions and photographs are clear and accurate. All images and video must be related to the equipment in a particular advert. IndustrialMachines.net does not pre-screen content as a matter of policy, but reserves the right, but not the responsibility, to remove content which is deemed to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of any of the rules contained herein without notice.
• Not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law while using or accessing IndustrialMachines.net.
• Advertise only equipment and machinery in your adverts. Do not use IndustrialMachines.net to advertise your company and/or its services or facilities.
• Not include direct contact information in your adverts. It is important for enquiries to be sent via the "Contact the Seller" facility, in order for you the member, to monitor the response to your adverts from IndustrialMachines.net.
• IndustrialMachines.net Ltd. reserves the right to terminate, without prior notification, any members advert or entire account, if its content or use is deemed inappropriate or harmful to the site. In such a case no refunds will be given and all future billing will cease as of the point of termination.
• Be polite and courteous at all times when responding to potential buyers. Profanity, racism and offensive/derogatory language will not be tolerated at any point. IndustrialMachines.net Ltd reserves the right to terminate, without prior notification, any member’s entire account. In such a case no refunds will be given and all future billing will cease as of the point of termination.
• IndustrialMachines.net Ltd makes no representation as to and will not be responsible for any loss arising from the lack of competence, integrity, solvency, or qualification of any person or company buying goods or services through the site.

As a Potential Buyer you agree to...

• Not send messages to sellers in order to promote your own company and or its services.
• To be professional and courteous when sending an enquiry, to a seller's advertised machine/equipment. Profanity, racism and offensive/derogatory language will not be tolerated at any point.
• All negotiations after the initial enquiry; are the responsibility of the machine/equipment owner and yourselves.
• IndustrialMachines.net Ltd is not responsible for any correspondence/negotiations from any member on this website. IndustrialMachines.net is not a party to any contract that may be concluded or agreement reached as a result of contacts made through or information displayed on the site, and gives no warranty of any kind to any User.
• IndustrialMachines.net Ltd is not responsible for any User's misrepresentation or, dishonesty, negligence, creditworthiness, or lack of authority to deal in, offer, or buy the goods or services in question.
• IndustrialMachines.net Ltd makes no representation as to and will not be responsible for any loss arising from the lack of competence, integrity, solvency, or qualification of any person or company offering goods or services through the site.

• As we are sure you are aware, there are many non-genuine users on the internet ("Scammers") who are not interested in buying machinery, but wish to gain Visas into other countries, make purchases with fake cheques etc...
  
  In order for us to tackle this growing problem, as a genuine buyer, please add as much detail to your enquiry as possible. Full Company Name, Full Company Email Address (not Yahoo/Hotmail/Gmail); Company Website and accurate Telephone Number/s will help ensure that your message is treated as a legitimate enquiry!
