IndustrialMachines.net Ltd is an advertising medium for stockists of machinery, and are in no way responsible for the negotiation or sales of any machinery on the IndustrialMachines.net website.

You, as a potential buyer agree that:

  • When sending an enquiry to an advertised machine / item, you will be professional and courteous in all correspondence.
  • All negotiations after that initial enquiry are the responsibility of the machine / item owner and yourselves.
  • IndustrialMachines.net Ltd are not responsible for any correspondence / negotiations from any Member on this website.

You, as an Equipment Advertiser agree to:

  • Post your adverts only under the category in which you want it to appear.
  • Use clear and sensible makes, models and descriptions for your machines. For example, using all capital letters will not be permitted.
  • List only one item per listing. Do not include more than one piece of equipment or one production line in one listing, unless they are sold as a package. Another exception is that, for small parts, you can list one brand name per listing.
  • Use this website for listing new / surplus / used items. Do not create an ad to announce / promote your company or website.
  • Not include direct contact information (email address, URL, company name, telephone and fax number) in the ads. We have built in an email function (WebMail) in the Members Area for Sellers of machines.
  • Not use an image of your company's logo as your product photo.
  • Not post the same item multiple times
  • Not attempt to contact the people who post ads on IndustrialMachines.net with advertisements or otherwise commercially motivated, by unsolicited emails (SPAM emails) through the Webmail system. The Webmail system cannot manage attachments in the first instance.
  • Not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law while using or accessing IndustrialMachines.net.
  • Evaluate, and bear the risk associated with the accuracy and completeness or usefulness of any ad posted to IndustrialMachines.net. IndustrialMachines.net does not pre-screen content as a matter of policy, but reserves the right, but not the responsibility, to remove content which is deemed to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of any of the rules contained herein without notice.
  • Enter a current and correct invoicing address that a bill for that current months costs can be sent to.

We (IndustrialMachines.net Ltd) do not own the machines advertised on the website. Any pictures and specifications of the machines advertised are not the responsibility of IndustrialMachines.net Ltd as both image and specification are provided by the Advertiser.
