"Do I need to become a member to use IndustrialMachines.net?"
No, in order to search, browse, contact sellers or send general requests and offers, you do not require membership. You only need to become a member if you want to advertise machines on IndustrialMachines.net. Click here if you are a machinery trader and would like to know more about member benefits.
"How much does it cost to become a member and advertise machinery?"
Prices vary subject to the enquiry levels and quantity of machines advertised. As this is impossible to calculate prior to advertising, we offer an introductory 3 month free trial. Towards the end of the evaluation period, a cost effective monthly subscription fee is negotiated in order to continue using our services.
"I have only one machine for sale. Do I need to become a member?"
No, our membership applies only to machinery dealers. If you have only one machine to sell, you can use the Free Targeted Mail link on the left navigation bar. Fill out your contact details and the details of the machine you have for sale. This message will get sent to all of our members in the category selected.
"How do I search for machines on IndustrialMachines.net?"
There are several ways to find the machinery you are looking for. These include the Quicksearch box (top left), the Advanced Search (click the Search Machines link on the left navigation bar) and the Browse Machinery page (click the Browse link on the left navigation bar).
"What do I do once I've found a machine I'm interested in?"
Once you have found a machine you are interested in, click the orange button, at the top of the machine details page, marked "Contact the Seller." Then fill the form with your details and send your message to the seller who will contact you in due course.
"What can I do if I cannot find the machine I'm looking for?"
If you cannot find a specific machine, click the Free Targeted Mail link under the Buying Machines section on the left navigation bar, fill out the form with your details and requirements. When you submit this form, the information gets sent to all of our members in the category selected.
"What happens if I make an enquiry on a machine and the seller does not respond?"
If a seller does not respond within 48 hours, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to contact the seller on your behalf. We will then ask them to respond to you as soon as possible.
"How do I link to and from the IndustrialMachines.net website?"
